If you're craving authentic Mumbai-style street food, Amber is a must-visit! Their Wada Pav is a perfect blend of spicy, crispy, and flavorful. The batata vada (potato filling) is well-seasoned with a hint of garlic and green chilies, while the soft bun (pav) is lightly toasted with a buttery touch. The accompanying dry garlic chutney adds an extra kick, making each bite irresistible.
The Bread Cutlet is another star—crispy on the outside, soft and savory inside. Stuffed with a spiced potato mixture and coated in breadcrumbs, it’s fried to golden perfection. Paired with tangy tamarind or mint chutney, it’s a delightful snack.
Amber’s food is fresh, affordable, and served quickly. The only improvement could be slightly larger portions, but the taste more than makes up for it. A solid 4.5/5 for both items!
Final Verdict: A fantastic spot for quick, delicious street food. Don’t miss their Wada Pav and...

But I don't remember I ever tried any of it. Except beverages. If you are in Kalyan West and somewhere around on the Santoshi mata road do pay a visit that you will remember...
