I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the experience I had during my recent stay at this hotel. The level of hospitality and the overall conditions of the hotel were far below acceptable standards.

We booked a two-day stay at your hotel, expecting a comfortable and welcoming environment. However, from the moment we arrived, we encountered numerous issues that severely impacted our stay:

Inadequate Hospitality: The staff displayed a lack of professionalism and courtesy. This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a hotel.

Visitor Restrictions: Despite booking a room for two days, we were not allowed to have visitors meet us at the hotel. This policy was not communicated to us beforehand and caused significant inconvenience. Poor Maintenance Overall Experience: The combination of these issues resulted in a highly disappointing and frustrating experience.

This is not what we expected when choosing your hotel.

Such poor service and inadequate facilities reflect badly on your establishment and can significantly tarnish your reputation.

Given the severity of the issues we encountered, I request a formal apology and appropriate compensation for the distress and inconvenience caused during our stay.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 days, the staff here listens but the way of serving food in their hotel restaurant is not right, when the food comes to an end, then I am given papad, I get tea, that too cold.Once in the morning we ordered poha for breakfast, it came to an end after eating poha, then we got to put lemon in the poha, please fix it, because of all this delay, we have to think about eating something.

The hotel room looks good, the bed sheet was not clean because the bed sheet on which I was sleeping had a lot of hair and the bed sheet was also dirty.And the bathroom of the room is fine, but there should be an adjustable fan in the bathroom, because there is no safe place for the smell of the bathroom to go out, that's why the smell of the bathroom comes in the whole room, please improve it.

We went for dinner tonight at Raja Hotel. We ordered veg Lemon coriander soup and they served non veg soup. Being pure vegetarian by birth we encountered non veg soup. After complaining this to manager, he simply apologised but did not accept his wrongs. This is highly unacceptable act by a reputed restaurant. We are also a regular customer of them. Post this act we will never go back to Raja Hotel. We are very disappointed. I will urge foodies to be careful before entering as they do serve nin veg to pure veg people.
