I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the experience I had during my recent stay at this hotel. The level of hospitality and the overall conditions of the hotel were far below acceptable standards.
We booked a two-day stay at your hotel, expecting a comfortable and welcoming environment. However, from the moment we arrived, we encountered numerous issues that severely impacted our stay:
Inadequate Hospitality: The staff displayed a lack of professionalism and courtesy. This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a hotel.
Visitor Restrictions: Despite booking a room for two days, we were not allowed to have visitors meet us at the hotel. This policy was not communicated to us beforehand and caused significant inconvenience. Poor Maintenance Overall Experience: The combination of these issues resulted in a highly disappointing and frustrating experience.
This is not what we expected when choosing your hotel.
Such poor service and inadequate facilities reflect badly on your establishment and can significantly tarnish your reputation.
Given the severity of the issues we encountered, I request a formal apology and appropriate compensation for the distress and inconvenience caused during our stay.

After complaining this to manager, he simply apologised but did not accept his wrongs. This is highly unacceptable act by a reputed restaurant. We are also a regular customer of them.
