Title: Disappointed with Domino's Online Order Cancellation Experience
I recently had a disheartening experience with Domino's Pizza that compelled me to share my dissatisfaction. I placed an online order through their website, eagerly anticipating a delicious meal. However, due to a mistake on my part in selecting the items, I had to cancel the order shortly after placing it. What followed was a series of frustrations that left me deeply disappointed.
Firstly, the online cancellation process was far from seamless. Despite my immediate realization of the error and attempting to cancel within minutes of placing the order, the system seemed to lag. It took an unreasonable amount of time to navigate through the cancellation steps, only to be met with further obstacles.
Secondly, the customer service was lacking. When I reached out to Domino's support regarding my cancellation, I expected a prompt and understanding response. Instead, I encountered a dismissive attitude from the staff. They seemed uninterested in my predicament and offered no empathy or assistance in resolving the issue.
What disappointed me the most was the overall lack of consideration for the customer's experience. As someone who has been a loyal Domino's customer for years, I expected better service, especially in handling a simple order cancellation. Unfortunately, this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth and makes me question whether I'll continue to patronize Domino's in the future.

Read moreWent to the Domino's store expecting a delicious meal. However, when I went, I was asked to order online, and as said I ordered my meal. I waited for 15 minutes, but after that the counter staff approached me and said that their "stock was out", meaning that they had run out of inventory. I said them if they knew that their stock was out, why did they asked me to order online? However, they said they would use hand tossed bases and would cut it and make the regular base for me. However, while telling this the counter staff's behavior was very bad, and was blaming us for ordering the regular pizza. How would I know if they were out of stock?
Anyways, me and my family were patiently waiting for our order, while they again approached us telling they didn't had chicken kheema (which we had ordered as toppings) and they said they would replace the toppings to barbecue chicken, but the price of the barbecue chicken was very cheaper than that of the kheema one, so I asked them to give the extra money back to me, but they said they wouldn't give it back as the order is aced online. I said it wasn't my fault that they didn't have kheema toppings so why would I have a loss? Finally we concluded the issue by cancelling the kheema order ad replacing it with barbecue.
We were served approximately 40-45 minutes late and the staff's behavior was very very bad and disheartening. Moreover, I noticed how the staff were wearing earphones and listening to music and ignoring the customers.
If you knew the stock was out, why didn't you close the shop to avoid any ruckus?
Please don't visit this domino's, you'll regret it. Rather visit the McDonald's just behind which will atleast give you food quicker and...

Sometimes they don't have options for the above offers.. I think options are much more available online..
coz am a person who think Bhai I could have @499-500 a pizza!!
Where I automatically get converted into the thought of buying different dishes for ₹500..
So the pizza mania is really a good thing for people like us.. I hope they keep this option for long
I hve tried their sides, zinggy parcels,garlic bread, tacos, spicy roasted chicken wings..
Zinggy is getting smaller day by day.. I don't know.. It is one of the good kind of sides they have..
Garlic bread was fine.. Tacos I don't really have any options to compare with so it was good both veg and non veg..
Spicy roasted chicken was a disappointment for me.. It wasn't spicy or crispy.. And it didn't even look appetizing so I really had one bite of it.. It contains of 4 pieces
As for dessert hmmmmm... Choco lava cake, butterscotch mousse cake.. What can I say.. I wasn't a fan of these too.. It's personal taste and perspective..
Some may like/love these desserts some may not..
Nothing specific bout the interior though.. Glass paneling with different seating arrangements.. Staffs are friendly.. I think they need a makeover coz it's...
