Hotel Gurudev Nx — Restaurant in Kalyan-Dombivli

I recently dined at Hotel Gurudev Nx, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.

The food facilities were ok, but what really stood out—in a negative way—was the poor service. The staff lacked basic hospitality skills, seemed disinterested, and often appeared confused or untrained. Whether it was handling a simple request or offering basic information, they were either clueless or simply careless.

To be honest, I couldn’t tell if I was just unlucky during my stay, or if the management consistently fails to hire and train competent service staff. Either way, it reflects poorly on the hotel’s standards.

Don’t expect much in terms of service.

If you value good hospitality and a welcoming attitude, you might want to consider other options.

Hopefully, the management steps up and improves the staff training, because right now, it’s not up to the mark.

This is a busy eatery on any day. There is hardly another good eatery within 6km on both directions of the road. There is space for some 15-20 cars on the road. However there is no guarantee you will get a good parking nearby. May be you will have to park some 200meters away. There is normally a security guard to watch on parked cars near the restaurant. No vallet. Food is tasty. Has a thick menu card. The eatery provides a variety of veg cuisine. Its like getting south and north indian dishes in same restaurant. If you are weary of spicy food, better tell when ordering else you might be left with a swollen tongue. Staff is courteous. There is AC section too. There are washrooms that are neatly maintained.
