This review is being posted with an upsetting feeling because we were very happy with the food and the place for our engagement function that was organized at Prasad Banquets, but some things that happened later completely changed our views about the management of the hotel, and their business ethics while dealing with customers. And all credit for this goes to Mr. Deepak who is supposedly the manager. And I'm sorry I don't know his full name.

So the food was great, delicious, everyone loved it, but the behavior of the manager towards the end of the function cannot be neglected. He was very impolite and rude because the function had exceeded the ending time of 4:00 pm by a few 15-25 minutes. AC was being turned off frequently throughout the function and we had to ask them to turn it on all the time. Also, the AC was turned off 15 minutes before 4 pm, a tactic perhaps to "drive off the evil guests" inside, making good use of the heat. It felt like a very cheap and inhumane doing from a reputed hotel brand. I mean okay, I agree our timing was till 4 but this wasn't an exam that has to end exactly at 4 and students should stop writing. Mr. Deepak, I was extremely furious about it and expected you to behave in a more polite manner. You behaved as if we weren't paying for your services. And only two waiters were given to handle the function and we had to remind them again and again to serve drinks and snacks to our guests.

So, even though it was a great place and the function was enjoyed and food was loved by all our guests, I am definitely going to warn other people about the lack of mannerisms in the staff of this hotel. I hope my review echos loud in your ears, Mr. Deepak. Thank you for the excellent food though and also, the interior is beautiful and ambient.
