But it lacks customer delight - My kids waffle fell in the store and no one at the store bothered to even ask me if they could help clean it. I cleaned the part of the floor as the portion was large. I asked for tissues which they promptly provided but didn't bother much. Didn't even ask if they could be of help. Customer delight 1/5

Let me say it as it is — Belgian Waffle Co. has completely lost the plot.

I’ve been ordering from this same outlet for YEARS. I know exactly what the portion sizes used to be. But over the last 3 orders, it’s been nothing short of a joke — barely any filling, waffles that look half-eaten, and still charging the full price like nothing’s changed.

This isn’t a one-off. It’s happening consistently. And worst of all? They KNOW what they’re doing. They’re cutting corners and hoping no one speaks up.

I’ve already raised this with Zomato and escalated it directly to the brand. If I don’t see change, I’ll escalate this further — to consumer rights forums, social media, and beyond if needed. I’m not staying silent while paying full price for this nonsense.

Fix your standards. Your customers...

Always up for new cafés and eateries.. Innovative and something fresh. Dombivli is witnessing a café explosion of sorts and am not complaining at all! Keep em coming I say haha.. Coming back to Belgian waffle, the butterscotch crunch and Belgian chocolate waffles were great whereas the blueberry cheesecake was meh.. But obviously they should try different flavours.. They have a great variety and options to choose from.. The salted caramel waffle is my personal favourite.. It just tastes different and really good.. Not too sweet.. Overall I felt the waffles to be a tiny winy costly, but it's fine.. The service was unexpectedly fast and that is always a plus for a new outlet. The sitting area itself is kind of small and can get a little crowdy.. Overall a very good...
