Read moreWe went on 1st may to celebrate my mami mama's anniversary. We are not able to find any restaurant at 10 pm as every restaurant was fulled. So we didn't have the choice this restaurant was the closest to our house. Still we waited over 30+ mins in the non ac section.
Corn cheese balls, aloo chilly, paneer crispy and paneer masala sabji we found it good there.
Firstly, we ordered mushroom paneer chilly but they served the totally wrong dish soya and gobi something in chilly gravy.
Secondly, we told the manager that they served the wrong dish and told him to repeat the dish with real one mushroom and panner he said ok and again served the same dish that both too were too much salty by soya sauce and not at all cooked, they baby corn and veggies were literally raw.
We again complained him about all this he was like ki abhi ho gaya kya hi kare... Still we didn't said anything we thought he will not charged that he is guilty but no.... Very shamelessly he gave the bill as you can see i have uploaded it mushroom paneer chilly ×2 quantity something around 700 rs. He charged us.
In main course we ordered two biryani soya chaap dum and panner tikka dum biryani... Totally waste of money biryanis those was. Both the rice were exactly same and not at all like biryani from any angle. Just they puted soya chaap chunks and panner cubes in those two.
I had a very bad experience here, will definitely not going here again and also not gonna...

We visited the restaurant around 3 PM and were initially greeted by the service staff, who recommended the Paneer Hilltop starter. We placed our order for both the starter and main course. About 10 minutes later, the staff returned to inform us that the tandoor was about to close and that our order would take at least an hour. We were okay with waiting, but then he immediately told us we wouldn’t get the starter at all.
Already quite hungry, we decided to proceed with just the main course and ordered a mocktail as well. The staff then said he’d need to check if the mocktail was even available — which added to our frustration. He returned after a few minutes and confirmed it was available.
What made the experience worse was that even after closing the tandoor, they continued allowing new customers to enter. Only after seating them did they inform those customers that no tandoori starters were available. This is not only misleading but also reflects poor management and customer service.
If the kitchen is closing or certain items are unavailable, it should be clearly communicated upfront — either at the entrance or online (like on Google Maps). Don’t let people in and waste their time and patience.
Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. We were close to leaving the restaurant midway. Definitely not the kind of service you’d expect, especially when you're hungry and looking forward to a...
