My recent experience at MVK Travellers restaurant was an unmitigated disaster. The moment we walked in, the ambiance seemed questionable, but we were willing to overlook it for good food and service. Unfortunately, that was where our optimism ended. The food was an affront to culinary standards - bland, overpriced, and shockingly small portions. We ordered multiple dishes, and each one was a letdown. The flavors were nonexistent, the presentation was lackluster, and the prices were laughably high.

But the food was just the tip of the iceberg. The service? Abysmal. Our server seemed completely disinterested, taking ages to take our order and even longer to deliver the food. When we asked for basic amenities like ketchup or extra napkins, it was like pulling teeth. The staff's apathy was palpable, and it only added to our frustration.

To top it off, the bill was astronomical. We're talking highway robbery prices for subpar food and service. Needless to say, we won't be returning, and I'd advise others to steer clear of this overpriced, underperforming establishment. Unless they seriously revamp their menu, service, and pricing, MVK Travellers Inn will continue to lose customers. One star is even generous for this dump.

Cheating Restaurant 😡..ever worst mutton biriyani I had is from this restaurant .. brought take away mutton biriyani paying Rs 300/- .

IT WAS MUTTON BONE BIRIYANI . They purposely kept lot of mutton bone , biriyani rice and wrapped it .. biriyani and mutton bone were so bland ,tasteless not even cooked well . I couldn't eat a single small piece of mutton meat from this biriyani . It was shameless tricky way of cheating costumer while we buy take away .

Price is so high ...Rs 300 ...and expected a good mutton biriyani on this high price , where all other restaurants in Kannur have good mutton biriyani less than this price...had great mutton biriyani from SOFT RESTAURANT which as so tasty..worth with good portion of mutton meat and it's really worth for Rs 260 ..and there are many other good restaurants serves good mutton biriyani in reasonable price and with good quality and quantity of meat .

Went to MVK traveller restaurant by seeing the name "MVK" ...the worst ever experience...never recommend this place to anyone..they loot costumer by pricing really hig ..and cheating coustomers with worst quality and quantity of food... specially on take aways . My humble request for the management is to never cheat people on the name of food and make money... instead SHUT...

I recently visited MVK travellers on the 28th of February 2024, and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. I feel compelled to share my concerns about the overall mismanagement I observed during my visit.

Firstly, the service was not up to the mark. I had to wait an unusually long 30 minutes for a simple order of 18 parottas and 5 chapatis. Such a delay in serving basic items is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the efficiency of the restaurant.

Furthermore, the quality of the food was quite disappointing. The taste did not meet the expected standards, and I was not the only one who noticed this. While waiting, I observed a family leaving the restaurant, presumably due to a similarly unsatisfactory dining experience.

This unfortunate incident has left me questioning the overall management and quality control at [Hotel Name]. As a customer, I hope that you address these issues promptly to ensure a more positive dining experience for future patrons.
