Pizza Hut | Thana Square Mall, Kannur — Restaurant in Kannur

We recently dined at Pizza Hut Kannur, located inside Thane Square, near Capitol Mall, and had a satisfying experience overall. We ordered the Chicken Pepperoni Pizza and the Veg Supreme Pizza, both of which did not disappoint.

The Chicken Pepperoni Pizza was particularly delightful. The pepperoni was well-seasoned, slightly crispy on the edges, and packed with flavor. The combination of the savory chicken and the tangy tomato sauce, topped with just the right amount of mozzarella, made each bite enjoyable. The crust was perfectly baked—crispy on the outside yet soft and chewy on the inside, just the way we like it.

The Veg Supreme Pizza was equally impressive. It was loaded with a variety of fresh vegetables, including bell peppers, onions, olives, and sweet corn, all perfectly balanced on a rich tomato base. The veggies were fresh and crunchy, complementing the gooey cheese and flavorful sauce. It’s a great choice for vegetarians or anyone looking to enjoy a hearty, vegetable-packed pizza.

The ambiance of the restaurant was pleasant, making it a comfortable place for a meal with family. We appreciated the clean and well-maintained environment, along with the convenience of a dedicated car parking facility. They also accept all forms of payment, which adds to the ease of dining here.

However, there were a couple of areas that could use improvement. The hand drier in the bathroom wasn’t working, and there were no tissues available, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, it took a little longer than expected for the staff to clean the tables after previous diners, which delayed our seating slightly.

Despite these minor issues, we had an enjoyable experience. I visited with my mom and brother, and we all thoroughly enjoyed our pizzas. Pizza Hut Kannur is a reliable spot for a delicious meal, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good dining option...

I'd ordered online via their app on 12th December and never got any confirmation for the order. Money got deducted (Rs 1024) and customer service representative said it'll be refunded in 48 hours. So I placed another order via call and paid for that separately at the restaurant. Food was mediocre at best. After 48 hours when i called the customer care, they told to wait another 48hours for refund. Still did not receive refund. Called them up again and the CC representative says that the refund has been processed 3 days back which logically makes zero sense. Should'nt the first rep have mentioned that if it had been refunded? Ive still not received refund. When asked to escalate the complaint the representative hung up the call. I called back and asked to talk to their superior. I was informed after being placed on hold for a while that i will receive a call from their superior. I'm aware its something the rep cooked up to save herself and I'm not receiving any call or refund anytime.

If you want to pay double for food thats not worth it, go ahead. If you really want to eat there despite their inefficiency, make your payments directly at the restaurant.

I ordered 2 pizzas from here. My family accompanied me. At the time of billing I tried to redeem my cash voucher there. The guy at the cash counter immediately said they don't redeem any voucher at their place with a rude and scorn attitude. He tried to humiliate Us in front of others as if we were begging for charity. He didn't Even care to look at our vouchers ( or us )! even after me telling him i have used similar vouchers in other pizza hut store. Then he said pizza hut thana square is different from other Pizza Hut franchises , which made no sense to me. Done with his attitude,i asked him to connect me to the higher person in line who then spoke with me over the phone with utmost respect and politeness, which i really appreciated. He also resolved My issue and i did redeem my voucher cards.

I am really disappointed with the incident. I was shocked to see similar reviews online about the same store and wonder why no action/ training has been done about the matter .

I mean , the pizzas were great, but so was not the character of the guy at...
