Very Bad experience.Mr . Gyanendra Pandey the store manager was very rude.Services are not good in this Cafe.I have visited in so many coffee houses of ccd but this was very bad experience in Kanpur.I think Mr Gyanendra Pandey is uneducated employee of CCD.He behaviour is like office boy of any office.I was sitting in cafe with my friends and I have ordered around 1500/- rs billing but he asked me to leave cafe.Kindly take action against Mr. Gyanendra Pandey.I hope when I will visit there I will not see his face again in...

Overall experience was nice 👍. Visited first time here, ordered Cafe Latte ☕ and it was okaies. Not so good, not too bad ✌️. You can visit here for meeting 💻 or you can have a chit chat with your friends 🧑‍🤝‍🧑 along with having some Hot or cold coffee ☕ depends on your mood coz this place is very quiet and the environment was also exuberant ❣️ which can boost your productivity 😃. Staff was not supportive, i urgently had a test on 6 Feb 2022, i ordered 2 coffee and having coffee started giving my test, music was loud and I told one of the person there to slow down, firstly they refused after insisting they slow down, but in between they started increase the volume, i again told them please slow down, but when I told they do after 5 minutes again increased the music.
