I have been ordering from this branch ever since it opened and I have approximately ordered for more than 280 times so I think I am well qualified to review this store .... Firstly food is good and properly cooked during my all these orders I rarely faced any issue with food quality but when it comes to service, staff needs to upgrade themselves.... Everytime you order there is this women named Preeti who calls you for rating "Hope you like ..." now it's doable for 2-3 orders but everytime you order(regularly) they ask for rating and keep calling which was very disturbing so I had to block those calls .... Also there's this one thing I have noticed that female staff has some weird practice in general ... they will call you regarding order information and if you want to add anything or talk about any issue and you call them back they will simply say "they don't work for dominos" or they'll not pickup the call ( This happens minutes after the initial call during working hours) which is very unprofessional ... Store number keeps changing randomly so there's no way to track that .... But again food...

In store atmosphere is lit and very cool place, great service and amazing pizzas, I had multiple issues with deliveries where the delivery boys were rude as well as said I placed a ‘fake order’ and that I didn’t pay when I paid and had proof along with payment receipt as well as ref no. when it was escalated to one the managers just ignored and said fine and didn’t take it seriously, tried to undermine the credibility of a legit customer, delivery service is horrible and not recommended (if ordering on Zomato or directly from Domino’s app please try to switch the store or IIT new sack or go for pick up, in-store...

The consistency of the food is hit and miss ! Sometimes the taste is great, at other times it’s just bad with no thought of customers. Do give them instructions before they prepare your order, so that they pay extra attention while preparing your order.
