When we decided not to accept and pay for the order, the owner started shouting at us and even at our kids, going so far as to threaten us with his staff. At that point, we had to firmly stand our ground and make it clear that such behavior was unacceptable.

The owner comes across as unprofessional, disrespectful, arrogant, and dismissive—as if he’s doing a favor by running the restaurant, while in reality, he’s simply overcharging customers and delivering a terrible experience. The washroom is in a pathetic state, with a strong stench, dirty taps, and some non-functional fixtures.
