My home is just next to this store but still it always take more than 30 minutes but they never give us back refund as it promises 30 minutes delivery assurance. Bad service and ya fake policies promises. Don't believe about 30 minutes delivery assurance and they don't even round the amount. They behave very rude being at fault. 👆this I posted long time ago and sent the mail regarding the same. I shared my location, name & contact details but nothing happened. No response. Really Very disappointing. Pizza hut is much better. Now m no more customer of dominos. Deleting the app. And I would recommend everyone not to believe I service e policies of this company. All fake....

Always deliver wrong order from this store today I had ordered four different pizza my order number was 191 on 2nd July thay had delivered three golden corn pizza and one paneer capsicum when I want to complain for that from help option contact number of store was provided that is switched off. I had tried to contact on customer care they told us store will contact after 24 hours first they didn't deliver the correct order then if you want to contact or complain they will resolved after 24 hours. The Geeta Nagar store manager is cheating customers! They don’t refund points for late deliveries as promised. Look at the proof in the picture — my order time was 1:11 AM and the delivery time was 1:52 AM. That’s 41 minutes instead of 30 minutes, yet I received NO REFUND from the store.
