NH91: Terrible Service and Unprofessional Staff

I recently had the unfortunate experience of hosting an event at NH91, and I must say that it was an absolute disappointment. The service provided by the hotel was nothing short of pathetic.

Firstly, the air conditioning in the venue was not functioning properly. This was a major issue, as it made the entire event extremely uncomfortable for all attendees. Despite notifying the staff about the problem, no immediate action was taken to rectify the situation. It was incredibly frustrating to see such negligence from the hotel management.

Moreover, the behavior of the staff and the hotel owner was completely unacceptable. They displayed a lack of professionalism and courtesy towards guests. Their indifferent attitude and dismissive responses to our concerns only added to our frustration. It is disheartening to see such disrespectful behavior from a hotel that claims to provide quality service.

In addition to the AC issues and the unprofessional staff, the overall cleanliness of the premises was also subpar. The lack of maintenance was evident in various areas of the hotel, further contributing to our unpleasant experience.

Based on my encounter with NH91, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a pleasant and hassle-free stay or event. The combination of malfunctioning air conditioning, unprofessional staff, and poor maintenance makes it evident that customer satisfaction is not a priority for them.

I will keep it short and sweet! We spent wednesday evening at NH 91 GT road kanpur . During that time we had the chance to eat briyani chicken soup chicken labadaar and tandoori roti

The chicken was extremely fresh and they were generous with their chutney, very little spices were used. The chicken briyani and chicken labadaar was a standout, the presentation and the combination of spicy and sweet flavors are a nice addition. A must try.

Food: A+

The inside of the restaurant had gorgeous wooden tables/booths and gave a modern feel to the restaurant. The lights in the restaurant are well decorated. Staff is too helpful The option to sit at is also available . The place is suitable for both families and for business meetings.

I am living in IIT and this place is near to me. This is my third experience with my family which is WORST and BAD. I ordered Manchow soup, chicken lollipop, honeychilli potato, chicken bangladeshi, paneer rara and Butter nan. Manchow Soup- Too bad taste as lots of mushroom and spring onion was present. my family left full bowl after tasting 1 spoon. Too bad. Chicken lollipop- Taste good. flavor is fine. Honey chilli potato- Taste good and satisfied. Chicken bangladeshi- Not good. flavor and taste is like not upto mark. Chicken is not cooked properly ,not spicy and not like curry at all. DISASTER Paneer rara- Totally disaster. Tasteless. my family cant eat after one bite. no taste at all. I sent to chef again to make spicy but still taste the same . they put more butter in that. Naan- Not soft. Total waste of money. My family didn't eat and we asked to waiter to pack all. and also told in reception that food is not good at all. we customer is spending money they need good food. we spend Rs.1500.
