Overpriced Overrated and worst service...

I had visited this place two times. Both the time it was an unpleasant experience.

About the services.

First time we had ordered egg burgers for me and my friends which was served and returned by two customers before us... Lol

Second Time we had ordered some chicken burgers. We had ordered the regular 120 rupee ones and they brought us 180. Which we ate since we didn't know at that time. Instead of taking the blame... They forced us to pay the bill.

Each time we witnessed the owner scolding the waiters cliche. I think this is a routine here.

About the food

The items that have comparatively good money-value items are burgers wraps etc.

Starters taste average but quantity is very less... Same goes for fries.

All the other menu is overpriced... Maybe they want to restrict customers.

About the vibe.

This is only the good thing here, and probably the factor that brought me back. Good seating and walls decorated with painting and hygienic.

But this factor is compromised by the other two factors and I'm not going to go back.

Being one of the prime get together places, of iit Kanpur arena, I wanted to finish off things post to my graduation with food over here, it was June 2024. Even after I was seated, they asked me to get up from the seat and they asked their helpers to load my table to someone else who were sitting on that table. We can’t be good to everyone in life. We have to choose our own people wisely. It’s fine they made their choices of offering their table to someone else and I took my time to post this review about them hoping the fact that they would have got a good review from the customer who they lent my table. Well, as I didn’t have food that night, this stands for that...

This restaurant is located inside the shop C area of IIT Kanpur. Previously it used to be known as Chick Blast. I feel the quality of most dishes are standard and some are really poor and the place is expensive than it should be. We orders Mutton Masala Curry (₹340), Plain rice (₹120), Dal fry, mixed veg and Chilly Mushroom Rice (₹280). The quantity is of good amount but again not comparable to the prices charged. They say that they prepare everything fresh and this food takes at least 25 minutes to arrive every time we order. I would recommend the Fish Tempura of this place to everyone visiting, it is quite nice. The place is spacious and convenient...
