If you’re a fan of North Indian-style fast food, especially chaap dishes, Kesarwani Fast Food Restaurant is an absolute gem you shouldn't miss! I visited this place recently after hearing a lot of buzz from friends and food bloggers — and let me say, it totally lived up to the hype.

I ordered the Malai Chaap Tikka, and it was hands down one of the best I've had in the city. The chaap was unbelievably soft and juicy, with a perfect smoky flavor from the tandoor. The creamy malai marination was rich but balanced — not too heavy, just the right amount of creaminess and spice. Each bite had that melt-in-your-mouth texture, and the freshness of the ingredients really stood out. It was served sizzling hot with fresh mint chutney and onion rings on the side — classic and satisfying.

What impressed me more was the quality of the food. You can tell they don’t compromise on ingredients. Even though it’s a fast food setup, the cleanliness of the kitchen area and the way they handle food gave me confidence. Everything looked and tasted fresh, and the hygiene standards were clearly maintained.

The service was quick, and despite it being a bit crowded during evening hours, the staff was courteous and attentive. They helped us with recommendations and even customized the spice level to our liking, which was a nice touch.

Another bonus is the pricing — it's super affordable considering the portion sizes and the taste. You get great value for your money here. The menu also has a good variety, including Afghani chaap, Achari chaap, rolls, and snacks like paneer tikka and momos, but I’d strongly recommend starting with their Malai Chaap Tikka.
