I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Bhagyaraj Palace during my trip to the city, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and excellent service.

I did book hotel rooms and banquet hall with Hotel Bhagyaraj Palace Keshavpuram, total event estimated cost was about 2 lakh. They did bill Rs 3500 per day per room for their executive room. But one day when i googled , same room was being sold by them at an online website at about 2200. They said if i book it online it will be cancelled by them. I decided to cancel the event there as it felt like that i am being cheated and asked for refund. They are not even returning back my money .My event date is still far (24th October,2024). Apart from this , they were not adhering to the words about other services that they said at mentioned price when i book their hotel. They changed their words every now and then. These people just want money without providing you a quality service. I can share all receipts if anyone wants. So my experience is worst with them and i do not recommend them to...

This place is terrible. Rooms looks good in photos but in actual taps ar not working, bed sheets are pathetic, staff is the worst one I have encountered in whole life. I was traveling with my infant and everything is delayed despite I have told to do it fast, geyser was not working, water was not coming, bed sheets were having stains and not even given water bottles you have to literally called them 5to 10 times to get it done, ordered food came after 2 hrs almost calling thrice.

Due to all this i thought of not paying for the food but the staff was so arrogant n not accepting that these are actual issues. They actually are busy with the wedding bookings, so they don't care for the single room bookings. So just want all of you to save your time and don't waste your hard earned to these careless people.
