Mr Brown Bakery — Restaurant in Kanpur

I recently visited this place. While it's a famous name in the city, the experience was just average overall, with some definite pros and cons.

The staff interaction was great, which made the visit pleasant. There was street-side free parking right outside the shop. They accept all major payment types, including cash, cards, and UPI.

The biggest issue was the seating—the shop is very small and lacks sufficient space, as all the tables were occupied when I was there. More importantly, the quality of the food was disappointing. We ordered our regular veg burger, but this time it wasn't up to par. It wasn't as tasty as usual and had a distinct, burnt flavor.

It is perfect place for pastry lovers. This is a bakery chain actually which is located at different places in Kanpur. They have cakes, pastries, nuggets, biscuits, icecreams, puffs and other items. They have large collection of cakes. For this, they have their website too which display different and multiple designs of cakes , which cab be bought from the outlets directly or can be ordered online, which will be delivered at your doorstep. Moreover, they can customize the items as per the requirement. However, they charge extra money if they are told to prepare a cake as displayed on their website. This is illogical. It is a good franchise for bakery and other fast food products. I have been a customer of Mr.Brown brand from Lucknow to kanpur for the past 15 years, and it has never disappointed me ever. The bakery items on their menu are just amazing whether it be simple patties and puffs to Italian tie, cheese cookes, mushroom roll etc. They also have great range of pastries and cakes with both egg and Eggless variants The cookies and biscuits are also just extensive and amazing.
