KFC — Restaurant in Kanpur

This parvati bagla road KFC is turning out to be NOTORIOUSLY NIGHTMARISH

I ordered items worth almost 2000 and have been waiting for over 40 minutes which was the ETA for my order

And now when I call the delivery guy, he tells me that he is is still a the store waiting for them to hand over my order to him

WORST SERVICE & MANAGEMENT at and by KFC - 2, parvati bagla road Kanpur

I would really like to post this to someone in the management hierarchy to really check and reprimand the culprits working at KFC - 2, parvati bagla road Kanpur 12th/Apr'25

It's an issue more with KFC Online booking option and then with the store as none over there seemed knowing anything

The online site wasn't showing pickup as an option while standing in store

While choosing the option of paying through UPI, the option wasn't available and store wasn't ready to take cash either

The grey shirt boss guy was busy with nothing at about no-rush time of 4pm and was totally oblivious of the online booking procedure and was also completely disinterested in helping Though not rude in words but was uncouth in actions reflecting an 'I don't care attitude'

I had to do all this online thing because firstly I was going to avail delivery but incidentally passed right infront of the KFC2 Kanpur store so decided to book there itself and take delivery as the menu items shown online weren't available in the KFC2 Kanpur store's system

And what a terrible experience it'd been that I just walked off without the order which I'd booked for about 1500 rupees and the sole reason is bad website experience and terrible in house customer service I've been eating out at KFC since years and in this time, the number of outlets and their ambience has increased for better but somehow I feel that the menu's gone down totally opposite. The inclusion of burning hot spices in the spicy grill, the exclusion of breast pieces to serve only small sized leg pieces, taking out Cheeza from the menu along with those very Indian touch Curry Crunch feels like , missing a lot. The mingles bucket used to be a delight but that also seems out now. I think, some less spiced options along with chunkier pieces with signature styled KFC condiments will add on amazingly to the taste otherwise, as far as I'm concerned, it won't be a preferred choice in my list of food as main course but just a three piece boneless strip or a classic zinger along with a Mojito as just a quick bite. KFC, please improve your menu as before.

I had ordered a basket of 12 pieces with fiery option. It was a huge basket and I have added chicken nuggets with sprite. I have noticed that the taste of cold drinks is different here that we normally purchase from any other shops. Anyway everything was great staff told me that order will take 15-20 mins to complete so I told them that I will be back I have some errand to take care of. My mom wanted to eat chat so I went to Chapphan bhog at companybhagh and bought it. Then I returned and what I found that order was still not prepared so I sat on a table and waited for another 4-5 mins. Do not go to this place. The store manager told me that there was some payment issue for my order and after a bit of haggling I was made to re-pay the amount for the same order. They told me that the amount would be refunded back to me after 48 hours but then there has been no response from their side. She also gave me her fake phone number convincing me to call her if i face nay problem. The girl over the counter (priyanka) was another fraud and did not help me out.

This place is a big sham. Stay out of here and spend your money...
