Their approach to service is so casual, very, very mediocre. I occupied an empty table and was about to order food. A waiter arrived and literally made us change tables ( since some other customer was supposed to be sitting there ). But I found the table empty without any sign that anybody was occupying the table...

The waiter did not even have the courtesy to understand we were sitting with the family.

We left without eating , ofcourse. BUT THEY DID NOT EVEN CARE !!!

Their food is best ordered online TO SAVE ONESELF FROM THE ORDEAL OF THEIR SERVICE... this is not the first time we faced serious issues...

Tables are not cleared and cleaned immediately after guests leave. Twice I had to sit on a table which had used napkins and uncleaned table.

WATER : THEY ONLY SERVE BOTTLED WATER. SHOULD BE MORE SENSITIVE TO PLASTIC USAGE AND AWARENESS. IF YOU ARE AGAINST PLASTIC USE THEN ONE SHOULD CARRY...

placed an order for 10 items from The Hazelnut Factory, but to my disappointment, they delivered only 9 items—one was missing. Mistakes can happen, but what truly ruined my experience was their terrible customer service.

When I reached out to them to report the missing item, I expected a simple resolution. Instead, I was met with rudeness and an extremely unprofessional attitude. The staff was not at all polite and showed zero willingness to acknowledge or fix their mistake. Rather than addressing the issue, they behaved as if I was at fault for simply asking for what I had paid for.

This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially from a brand that markets itself as a premium bakery. If this is how they treat customers, I’d never order from them again and would strongly advise others to be cautious before placing an order. Disappointed...
