I recently visited Anjappar Chettinad and had a very disappointing experience. We ordered a vegetarian ghee rice, but to our shock, it was contaminated with both egg and chicken pieces. Despite clearly informing the staff that our order was supposed to be purely vegetarian, this mistake was made.

When we escalated the issue to the manager, instead of addressing the problem properly, he casually mentioned that the responsible person would be fired. This response was unprofessional and didn't address our concerns about food safety and quality.

Furthermore, the service was subpar. When we requested tissues, the waiter took over 10 minutes to bring them and behaved inappropriately, showing a clear lack of proper training.

Anjappar Chettinad needs to focus on properly training their staff to ensure such incidents don’t happen in the future, rather than just talking about firing people. We were extremely disappointed and hope the management takes these issues seriously to avoid losing...

Will give my total experience of having dinner today evening Within 1 minute of ordering food, they have given the Chicken Chukka and it was so chill and when asked why it is so chill to the server, they mentioned the dish was made for someone else and it was served to us however they have brought new plate of heated chicken wherein the chicken must have been kept atleast for 3-4 days and after having the food the entire family started getting stomach pain Along with Chicken chukka, we had ordered Chicken Aappam and Chicken Saucy. Chicken pieces are so hard and finally we came out of the hotel with stomach pain

Totally it was very bad experience today I recommend the people who are going to Anjapoar, pls look at other options nearby

I am sorry to say this Hotel Anjappar will be shut down in few weeks from now if this is the condition in future also.
