Place is really dirty and no one seemed bothered to clean even the table, let alone the floor. We waited for almost 30 minutes for even the order to be taken and even then the waiter seemed unbothered by whether we ate here or went somewhere else. Place was practically empty when we arrived so didn't understand why there was so much delay, especially when we asked for someone to take our order and clean the table multiple times, including the person sitting at the billing station. Folks were more interested in cleaning other empty tables instead of the one we were sitting at. When the waiter finally came, he recommeded sides for main dishes they didn't have and then arrived with the gravy and told us that the main dishes were not available. Even what he brought was terrible. Absolutely pathetic service, would NEVER visit again and would absolutely...

Unfortunately, we had to visit this place for lunch.. as we didn't have any options near Dariya Daulat and we were too hungry to wait till we reached Mysore city.. The place looks average.. very congested! kitchen is very unhygienic..also the washrooms are very very bad.. the food is really bad.. and overpriced.. Also, everyone of us who ate there had severe stomach upset, food poisoning, fever tc etc for almost 7-8 days.. The staff is very rude and non-responsive... They have a huge menu.. but many items are not available whenever we ask them... Totally unsatisfied with this place.. . . Please see reviews before eating anywhere.. even if you're really hungry and there's no food nearby.. otherwise it'll cost...

12 of us visited this restaurant and all of us got food poisoning. For breakfast, we ordered 10 masala dosas, 1 plain dosa, 1 plate idlis, 1 plate poori, 1aloo paratha and 1 Gobi paratha. The dosa was super sour, sweet and dry , the chutney provided for dosa, idli and poori was absolutely tasteless. The poori was oily and the oil was stale. Inside the poori there were black residues. Now coming to the paratha, the parathas were like thick chapati, the stuffing was sparse and tasteless. The aloo curry for the paratha just tasted like garam masala powder.
