Apoorva Restaurant — Restaurant in Karnataka

In Davangere, there are few veg restaurants on the main road. Apoorva is on Chitradurga--Davangere(Harihar Road) near the new bus stand. Not to be confused with Apoorva resort which comes earlier. From the highway one has to come inside the city. The hotel caters mainly to transit travellers. Has both snacks and thali. North Indian thali is delicious. South Indian is not bad. Very moderately priced. South Indian 120 only. North Indian thali at 155. Only thing was that the famous " Davangere benne dose" wasn't available. Nice ambience and sitting. Very courteous service. If 0 starting was there. I would have given. Their employees don't know how to behave with customers while giving services. They don't give respect at all for middle level people. A pure vegetarian restaurant along old PB Road. We settled for Paneer Chilli Starter, Singapore Noodles and Masala Dosa. We're first served Dosas instead of starter.

The service is quick, food is good - but bit on costlier side. Place looses out on cleanliness - not so clean tables, hard water stains and unclean mirror near the wash basin.
