I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this restaurant. The management insisted that we create a smartcard in order to dine, which felt completely unnecessary and invasive, as they were collecting personal information without a valid reason. After a lengthy argument, we were reluctantly allowed to eat without the card. However, when we tried to purchase sweets from their store afterward, they refused our order because we didn't have the card. This behavior is utterly disrespectful and shows a complete lack of regard for customer satisfaction.
