I don't have hopes Please respect one's time I ordered for two meals and both of them had issues. Then I was informed that the replacement will be done. I was asked to wait, I waited for more than 1 hour and you guys give me assurance that no issues will occur during the delivery. The issue occurred by delivering one meal. I was disappointed seeing the Zomato deliver executive waiting for more than 1 hour at my door step for the blunder that you guys have created. I feel really bad because you guys made him wait without respecting his time also And cancel the order without taking my concern.

You told me the replacement will be done, That didn't happen according to your assurance it went opposite to that. I waited for the order more than 1.30min. you wasted my time and the Zomato delivery executive time also. Which is not acceptable. The order was also cancelled without our concern. I had a very bad experience with this outlet. Two days after visiting the restaurant with my family, I received a suspicious phone call from someone claiming to be the restaurant manager. The caller insisted that I share my UPI payment screenshot with them. This is extremely unprofessional and highly unsafe. No genuine restaurant should ever call customers and ask for such sensitive personal details like UPI screenshots, phone numbers, or payment information.

This not only left me shocked but also raised serious concerns about how customer data is being handled here. It makes me question whether my personal details are being misused or shared without consent.

I strongly warn others to be careful — please do not share any personal or payment-related information if you receive such calls. Such practices create a very negative impression and completely ruin the dining experience, no matter how the food or service was at the time of visit.
