Just Fresh Point, Sweets & Snacks (Pure Ghee Sweets, Bengali Sweets & Dry Fruits Sweets) — Restaurant in Karnataka

Whatever I tried was fresh & tasty in Just Fresh Point- Standard Thali & Poha (on Zomato) & Dahi Papdi Chat & Buttermilk (in the restaurant).

Deducted 1 star from the rating for the below 2 reasons. To begin with, the service in the restaurant is not very prompt. I had ordered Dahi Papdi Chat & Buttermilk. The outlet is divided in 2 parts- in one part you get chats & in the other, you get sweets. I gave the coupon in the chat corner but they were fulfilling some other customers' orders who came after us. Also, they completely forgot about the Buttermilk & on asking they told me that I have to go to the Sweets Section & on going there, the employees in the sweets part told, no, not here, go to the other side. I just asked them are you fulfilling the order or not but they told me to wait & told that Buttermilk is coming to you in 5 minutes. I waited for 20 minutes more just for the Buttermilk. I was not in a mood to fight or argue & I ignored all this nonsense. I do not know if the employees were confused or behaving in an ill-mannered way deliberately. The second thing is, there is very little seating space for quick bites like chat & all & that is also very congested. Only 2 tall tables were placed outside where you can stand and have what you have ordered.

Please hire professional employees or atleast train the existing employees. Also, work on your seating area. Apart from this problem, I think the place is nice & whatever I ordered was tasty. Would love to...

This shop is the perfect example of the arrogance that a shop displays to a customer when they start getting customers or regular sales. I've been here twice, they behaved uncaring and the attitude is "This is what we have, if you want to have it, have it and leave". The only reason I went there a second time is to give them a second chance as I beleive in giving local shop owners more business so that they can thrive. The ras malai they have is white and tasteless, no kesar and it tastes like "NOT RAS MALAI at all" compared to multiple shops nearby. Fine, if your idea of ras malai and jalebi is different but atleast take polite feedbacks in a respectful manner? NOPE THEY DON'T. I, who had the food and ordered it for my family, told the person politely that hey brother this ras malai is actually tasteless and the jalebi is zyaada katta (sour) , the attitude I got is not even a look to the face and his shaking of head as if he is the one who paid for my food and is disappointed, very mean and disrespectful. They don't give a **about customers at this point as they have a definite crowd who shops from that lane. Shopkeepers like this should be boycotted and taught a lesson so they understand the value of a customer who is spending his/her hard earned...
