The whole illusion of the plush CCD came shattering down when we experienced the service and food at this particular branch of the CCD. I ordered a chicken sandwich and a coffee. Since the quantity was more than that I intended to drink, I asked for an extra cup to share the coffee with a family member, the request was denied. I couldn't believe that I couldn't even get an extra coffee mug in a cafe which prides itself as the designated hangout of Indian youth. As I started eating the sandwich there were small pieces of stone in it. My father was furious. He called the waiter and asked for the manager. The waiter idled for half an hour saying that the manager was out for some work and not currently in the restaurant. This was even more absurd because the manager of the restaurant is supposed to be in it, in case of any grievances or issues with the food or customer. After idling for 15 more minutes, when he saw that I wouldn't settle the bill before speaking to the manager, he reluctantly got the manager. The manager was lamer than I expected.As we confronted him with the stone pieces, he gave a very lame excuse that the bread we use for sandwich is not made by us, hence you can't blame us for the stone pieces. He did offer to reimburse the cost of sandwich, but by that time we were so disgusted that all we wanted to do was get out of the cafe and not to deal with any more of that non sense. ⚠️ HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT CAFÉ COFFEE DAY – CHEAP FLAVOURED COFFEE & RUDE STAFF! ⚠️

This Café Coffee Day outlet is a complete scam! Ordered a Signature Cold Coffee, expecting a rich, espresso based drink, but instead got a watery, sugary mess, clearly made with cheap flavoured coffee (not real espresso) and loaded with artificial chocolate syrup. It tasted like sweetened milk with zero coffee flavor.

When we politely complained, the staff, especially a guy named Jeevan, he didn’t even remake the drink, instead he just dumped some artificial coffee concentrate into the same used cup and shoved it back at us! Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional.

But the worst part? Jeevan started YELLING at us like some local thug, humiliating us in front of other customers instead of fixing the issue. No apology, no refund, just pure arrogance.

We emailed CCD’s customer care with all the details, but weeks later, NO RESPONSE, NO ACTION. If this is how they treat paying customers, this brand deserves to SHUT DOWN.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS OUTLET if you expect real coffee or basic decency. They serve fake, flavour-based coffee, rude employee, unprofessional staff, and ignore complaints. Worst café...

Cafe Coffee day was nice venu it was really cool and the place was so relaxing and refreshing and there not so much rush so it will be peaceful and even they play the song which we ask. And the service was to nice and and worker co-ordinate was perfectly. They even interact in kannada so that it will be more comfortable to interact.cafe coffee day was clean and the place was full with good fragrance and even the place and the employers was too hygienic . And the place was so colourful and with beautiful lights it was picturesque place. And the restroom was to Clean and safe and the odor was goodThe coffee was too good and hot. The aroma of the coffee was great. The balance between the coffee powder and the milk was amazing and they provide you suger so that we can add how much we need even they have sugar fee also not only the coffee they even have dish like burger, sandwich,cakes ect.
