Excellent menu, the couple who owns Cafe Roots is just lovely...very caring and attentive to the food and the folks dining. Very reasonable prices. Great place to do work online or just relax. The ambiance is inspired by Roots rock n roll which is a nice suggestion of home if you're spending a long time in Mysore and they have AC! I tried for the first time through online order. I ordered a 'chicken club sandwich' which felt I must have received a wrong order. It was one layer of egg club with another layer of onion, capsicum. Thinking this must be an egg sandwich, I was about to complain on online delivery portal. But I wanted to ensure before doing. I can not say enough good things about Cafe roots. while here visiting mysore for yoga I stumbled upon this hidden gem .The owner is really hospitable and friendly. Over the time I spent here he learned my tastes and recommended things that I was curious to try but didn't know what they were, to the point I would ask him what I was having that day to eat . The food was always delicious and everything is made fresh. Looking forward to trying the new menu items when they come out.
