Minimal Coffee Roasters is a hidden gem tucked away on a quiet street, easily missed if you’re not paying attention. Despite its unassuming exterior, stepping inside reveals a delightful surprise. My kind of place. I indulged in a pour-over from their selection of beans, and it did not disappoint. The barista’s attention to detail and friendly demeanor enhanced the experience.

While their accompaniment options are limited, it aligns perfectly with their concept. What truly sets this place apart is its community-centric vibe. The communal seating encourages interaction with fellow coffee enthusiasts, spilling onto the street in a charming display of a local community coffee shop.

Sitting on the front porch, savoring my cup of coffee while observing the movements of the street, is my perfect coffee experience. It’s no wonder that Minimal Coffee Roasters has quickly become one of my favorite coffee shop experiences. I’ll definitely make it a point to visit whenever...

Tldr: must try: flat white. Overall, good coffee. Gets too crowded in the evening, esp during tourist season

There's not a lot of place to loiter around. It's True to it's name. That doesn't mean it's inconvenient, just isn't supremely comfortable. Annoyingly so, a few idiots park their cars (esp 1 green color guy on Enfield who wears a cap) right in front of the place. Such disgraceful individuals can ruin a good coffee for you. It's as though their car/bike is a marvel of engineering that they decide to show off by parking it in front of your face. If you're lucky, you won't have to go through this experience. Inside the place, it's quite congested for more than 2/3 ppl to sit. Certainly can't sit as a couple and have long conversations, but decent for a date with a good book.
