I had heard about this street side stall from my cousin. It is minimalist- only breakfast, only idli and only chutney - hence the name. The idlis are fabulously soft, the unit (a very cleverly and elegantly tinkered auto luggage vehicle) is beautifully clean. But the chutney is bad - too watery and too spicy . Which is a pity since the place is named after it.
