Domino's is usually my go-to pizza delivery place even though the quality has gone down since its earlier times. This particular Domino's outlet is just giving a bad name to the chain.

There is nothing different about the quality of the pizza - I am sure they follow the same quality standards set by the company.

The difference is evident when it comes to delivery and customer service. On more than one occasion, the delivery took more than an hour. The online tracking system is of no help as the tracker gives the wrong information (it seems that it is programmed to state that the pizza is delivered within 30 minutes). If your delivery is delayed, it is impossible to contact this branch - no one picks up.

Instead of attempting to accept their fault and trying to work on rectifying the same, Domino's customer service tried to convince me that the way that I ordered my pizza wasn't right, making matters a whole lot worse. Utilizing the website, Domino's assigns an outlet depending on your location. If delivery isn't possible on time, it should be the restaurant's issue to solve the matter, not the customer's. The only solution they tried to provide was to download the app. Customers shouldn't be compelled to download an app that only lets you order from one restaurant.

Domino's had provided an order for free because of delivery issues but that isn't the point. Why is it so difficult to deliver to a location that may not even be 10 minutes away by bike?

With more than a few bad experiences, this Domino's outlet is just not for me and I would never ever want to...

Dominos is a pizza company whose parent company is Jubilant Foods. The quality of dominos is not at all good. They don't use cheese in their pizzas, however, they use some creamy substance as a topping on most pizza. Burger pizza is something where you will get actual cheese in it and it tastes good. It is a good place to sit and chitchat over some snack but as a pizza shop it is definitely not the best.There are other competitors of this brand out there who are doing really great. Just to add an instance when we ordered a pizza mania chicken Barbeque pizza and I was definitely not served Barbeque as I know it as I used to visit place quite a while sometimes back. I communicated this to the chef and the manager but nothing was done to the order and we had to eat the same order and the staffs blamed the chicken provider as they get processed chicken from...

I have visited this place with my business partner for lunch. Nice ambience and clean place. When I visited it was not very crowded, but still took more than 15 minutes to deliver the Pizzas what I have ordered. It might be the minimum time to get your hot Pizza, I am not very sure. They were not offering the soft drinks/disposable glasses so we have to buy and carry from outside. The lady who took the order was very polite and spent enough time to choose my order. They don't accept Paytm we have to pay through either credit or debit card. For maximum 15 people we will definitely enjoy this place but more than that it would be bit discomfort.
