Overall good place to have a quick lunch or dinner ...very busy with IT employees munching ...passage to restaurants needs a good clear so that outsiders or one timeers can easily catch-up the place .

Basic hygiene very necessary. ..vidoes will show how a side waiter chopping onions n lemon in desk without any chopping board , hand gloves or cap ...all side station has same issue .

Very quick service once order placed however it takes time to search for person taking order.

NO Parking facilities

Atmosphere was hosp posh people chatting and talking.peacful diners will not like

Very limited menu, tastewise food is very good ..our orders were : Babycorn Chilly -battered fried tossed in Chinese style chilly (more of batter fry less corns)

Chicken Tangdi Kebab- very tendor and juicy chicken leg pieces, well marinated with till inside and softly cooked served with mint curd chutney and salad (recommended )

chilly fish - very soft tangy chilly fish , same battered dried more batter less fish ( basa fish was used )not recommended

Main course - Butter Garlic naan- Fresh, hot , oozing butter with generous garlic , non rubbery

PannerTikka Masala - Oh the one of my worst dish i have ordered ..regretted ..from no angle the dish can neither be named or classified as P.Tikka Masala

Mutton Rogan Josh - Wow after long time has such wonderful mutton curry , right amount of spices , gravy consistency, colour and not to forget the tenderest mutton falling from bone.

And Finally Chicken Biryani :Very perfect and absolutely the hyderabadi biryani taste - no irritants, good flavoured long grain rice , perfect masala , tender and soft chicken pieces ..exact fragrance and non greasy Served with buttrmilk type raita and salan ( not used)

And end up with sweet lassi as they fanout of juices

Okayish lassi sour curd with sugar good one to end

We were overall 5 + a kid total bill amoubt approx 1300/- VFM

Only drawback is they don't have baby sitters and kids menu...

Disappointing Experience with Rude Behavior from Staff

I’m writing to express my frustration after my recent experience delivering for your restaurant. I’ve been delivering food for a while, and this was by far one of the most unpleasant interactions I’ve had.

First, the order was ready late. I understand that delays happen sometimes, but when I asked for an update, the staff member at the counter was rude and dismissive. They didn’t even acknowledge me properly; just handed over the food without any courtesy or even a simple “thank you.”

What really got me was the attitude of the manager. When I politely asked if they had any information on an order I was waiting for, the response was not only unhelpful but also downright condescending. I get that things can be busy, but there's no excuse for treating people like that, especially when we're trying to do our jobs.

As someone who’s in the business of customer service, I believe that respect and professionalism should be non-negotiable. Unfortunately, that was not the case here.

I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as I wouldn’t want to encounter this behavior again. It’s not just the food that makes customers come back, but the way...
