Wherever I go, I first search for Domino's, because I love eating pizza made out of fresh dough. I visited this Domino's with high expectations, the vibe was little off. There were no people at the counter to attend the customers, they took really long time to come and take our orders. Next thing is, the way they were talking to customers was not pleasant, usually Domino's employees greet customers with a big warm smile, but that didn't happen here (I don't know, employee might be having a bad day, not judging here, but yeah that's what we expect when we visit Domino's right.) Tables were not cleaned properly, I was able to see ketchup marks all over. When it comes to pizza, I felt it was really bland ( I know pizza's are kind of bland) but I do expect at least the right amount of salt to be added. Tissues were not given with pizza. Oregano and chilli flakes were kept on a different table, we literally had to get up and get those from different table.

Lastly, the washroom was also not maintained up...

Been to DOMINOS Pizza Dine-In today i.e.,18-03-2025 at Davangere Kevempu Nagar, Ordered Peppy Paneer, Farm House Cheese Burst Pizza the first one I received was not cheese burst as requested. After complaining, my pizza was replaced, but the second one was not hot, not fresh, and tasted terrible. It was so bad that I couldn’t even eat it—I ended up feeding it to stray dogs instead of consuming it myself.

The pizza was prepared by a staff which I don’t wanna Disclose , and this experience was truly disappointing. I expect better quality and proper attention to customer orders. Please ensure that food is prepared correctly and maintains the standard Domino’s is known for.
