Domino's Pizza | N R Mohalla, Mysuru — Restaurant in Karnataka

I've been going to Domino's as long as I can remember but never have I had such a terrible experience at an outlet. I walked in and asked to turn on the ac only for them to begrudgingly agree to it after multiple requests. When I was ready to order, nobody at the counter helped or acknowledged my presence. Only for them to later inform it's takeaway after I stood in line for quite some time. The staff at the counter (31st Oct around 3 40 pm) was rude and seemed irritated with any requests that I made and the manager was unavailable throughout it all. Absolutely no regard to customer service, or even basic decency. If you're going to this outlet, prepare yourself for the worst...

Had a very bad experience with the dominos They asked us to cancel the order and re-order it again for the offer and they were the one who cancelled my order but soon after the order got cancelled i had re ordered it right away but the next day i get a call from a person maybe he s a staff and he was very rude to me on call and told me that if i waste the food he will send my number to corporation and file a case which was very arrogant and didn’t allow me to talk as i wanted to explain him that it was their staff who asked me to cancel the order and infact they did it. The first ever awful experience from Domino's store was from this branch. All ordered items were cold and pale and when raised a feedback the first person (Manju) said he'll refund me the paid amount and made me wait for a week. On my second feedback complaint the other manager (S Gowda) informed me that there is no refund and he'll compensate me with a pizza of side dish of my choice and asked me to contact him when I order again. Both are not receiving my calls. This is by far the worst customer service I've come across with Domino's. I didn't face such situation when order was done with V V...
