I ordered from the app, opted for takeaway and for which I got some discount. App showed me my order will be ready after 15mins and after 15mins it showed me that I didn't collect the order. As I was there, when enquired about this they told me 2mins it will be ready. When I collected the Pizza it was 5mins late, Pizza was good but disappointed with pasta as it was not cooked well. One thing I observed was delivery boys use same gloves for preparing the Pizza and for delivery. I was there for 15mins few went out for delivery and few came back after delivering pizza and directly started packing the orders for delivery, which was little bit disappointing and as it's raining as delivery boys go out and come back and roam around everywhere with the same shoe, it was muddy. They have to use different gloves when they are preparing items and use a different one when going out for delivery as they ride bike. When they come back they should wash their hands with soap and then venture inside kitchen. How they restrict usage of shoe inside kitchen I don't know. Hope they are careful in taking care themselves and others. All are polite and quick for their delivery and cleaned the table the moment customers exit....

Very bad service and very bad in serving the ordered items also. I have ordered through zomato today, 1 creamy pasta and 1 tikka pasta but one executive naming Mr. Shravan from the domino's called me and told creamy pasta was out of stock so what else can I send, so i asked him to send 1 vegie paradise pizza he told ok. He made me waited for an hour after an hour I received a ordered item. Delivery boy gave and went away but once I came to inside the home and open the order I was totally shocked. What I have received is not a veggie paradise pizza it's a mashroom pizza, what's the hell it was, we won't use mashroom in our home, who is responsible for my money what I have paid for this wrong delivered item. It's a very bad experience. I ordered 2 pizzas and pepsi through the Domino's app. 30-35 mins later massage had come that it has delivered but didn't. There is no contact number of this store. I went to that store and contacted their people. They said it was a technical issue. It will be delivered. Ok and went back home. after sometime delivery Guy called me. At the delivery time. The Pepsi I ordered was not there. They just wasted my time and even the pizza was uneatable cold. One of my terrible experience...
