I recently visited East at the Marriott, Bangalore, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the serene night ambience — calm, peaceful, and perfect for unwinding after a long day. The lighting and layout create a relaxed vibe without feeling too formal.

What stood out most was the impeccable service. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely made the entire dining experience feel personalized. They were well-versed with the menu, made great recommendations, and ensured everything was served to perfection.

Now let’s talk about the food — absolutely divine! I tried the Ramen and dumplings, and they were some of the best I’ve had in the city. The flavors were rich and authentic, with just the right balance of spices. Portion sizes were generous, yet presented beautifully. Everything tasted fresh and thoughtfully prepared.

Their cocktail menu also deserves a shoutout — creative, balanced, and crafted with precision. It paired perfectly with the meal and elevated the whole experience.

We had a wonderful experience at East. The menu was beautifully curated, service was impeccable. Easily the best service I have received at a restaurant. The waiting staff as well as the chefs were so warm and welcoming. I was in the mood for a kombucha, but didn't want alcohol, and even though they did not have such a drink on their menu, they specially made a similar one for me! I'm honestly grateful to the gentleman whose brilliant idea it was, and also the gentlemen who made it, that drink was perfect! Special thanks to Debasish who waited our table that day. We loved the dishes he suggested to us, he is a great conversationalist, and he actually waited patiently till we decided what we want to eat! 😅 The dessert named "Pebbles" that he suggested was phenomenal! 😍 We also met their head chef. Had a delicious meal on new year’s night here, it was a set course (5 or 6 courses as far as I remember) which started with steamed edamame, that was fab! I found it better than the one I tried at Four Seasons.

The sushi platter specially the nigiri was a standout, liked it so much had two rounds.

The dimsums were average tbh. However the main course was the best thing I’ve tried, not only was the presentation top notch, it was delicious!!!

Desserts were classic, enjoyed the ice cream chocolate and strawberries the most, found the dessert tower to be okay.

Staff was too kind, they got a special cake for us as well as a gift!
