I don't even wanted to give 1 star, but only for the parking place and washroom facility that too not a clean one I am giving this. As a restaurant on the highway, putting up a huge board, spending lot of money on interiors and also big lawn outside are good to attract customers but frankly speaking everyone comes to restaurant to have some good quality food. After a long ride we stopped at this restaurant expecting some good food, place is not at all clean, you should actually wait for your waiters to come and attend. There are assigned waiters for tables , if they go inside to get your food, the other waiter won't even get you water even if you are dying. I want the owner of this big restaurant to read.my review and I want the person to send his few friends to this place during afternoon to have food there, I really want to know their experiences.
In the hot sun, we asked for a fruit chilled fruit juice but he got a normal one which is just cold. After everything we took South Indian meals trust me!! Rice is not at boiled properly, not even one item was good in that whole meals, when you are really tired n sick of ride and goes to this big restaurant you get this food. The person who was at the cash counter simply saying sorry, he is not even saying will make sure for next time, not even offered for a replacing the food. Unethical people just looting money.
All the best to those who stops here for food in the middle of your ride. Please make sure what you get is what you paid for. It's hard earned money at last, not like looted money like...
Read moreWorst service. They Don't have ethics. We asked hot water , they served heat less hot water. I asked them to give hot water - the sever felt bad and very harssly served hot water with anger.
They even don't know how to serve - in Karnataka first water then salt then pickle ...
They don't serve salt picked stall !!!
Today we had two South Indian Meals - everything was cold including rasam ,May be old food items prepared long back or days back or so ...
No payasa , even holige was rubbery and cold. No kusambari salad .
Every normal hotel in Karnataka includes payasa, kusmbari salad , butter milk..Etc
They gave sambar which has only capsicum and palya also mostly capsicum.
Rice quality is poor.
They don't have any authentic heritage village food .
Simply name is Halli Mane.
They are spoiling the name of the state with only title but nothing good authentic food
Also cost is very high which doesn't match with quality, number of items and not at all authentic, very very bad service with NO Ethics.
Better not step inside halli mane .
There are many other hotels in Mysuru with authentic good quality and number of items ( we get 18 items - just for Rs 60) We are bluffed with Rs 150 per meal in Halli mane.
Worst worst Hotel ever seen in my life
Very Bad one on Mysuru Bangalore Highway to spoil the name of Halli - They don't have rights to name it as Halli Mane (worst people worst food worst management with no care...
Read moreHad a bad experience with this restaurant, For example : Ordered babycorn for starters, it was undercooked and perhaps stale and cold as well, In main course they missed the order and still were charging in the final bill, which we have to point out later. As it is in Bangalore Mysore highway, this place is highly crowded, and as new guests arrive, you have to wait for orders a little longer and they may even cancel your order based on their own preference. While we finished our dinner and were waiting for tea to be served, they informed they have to cancel the tea as more guests are in. Finally after explaining that we have already placed the order an hour ago, they agreed for the tea but, to our utter shock they asked our family to stand outside and have tea , because they didnt have enough chairs to for the crowd. Unprofessional behaviour of staff and poor management. Forget about the taste of food, it was nowhere close to the original dish, for example we ordered mix veg and they served potato cauliflower , Palak panner with uncooked Paalak and so on.
