One of the best veg restaurants that I have dined in Karnataka. I would consider this as my regular adda as well as special place for dinner. We were there in Hampi for 2 days and both the days we went to this place. It has a nice ambience and comfortable seating.Service is really quick and the bill is pocket friendly and justifies the quality of food. Please go upstairs and dine in.Its calm and pleasant. Coming to the food,we tried hariyali panner and panner satay. Panner quality is top notch, they were so soft, that I finished the whole dish alone. Special mention is for the garlic naan, trust me when I say that it's top notch and just melts in your mouth with the flaovour of butter. Malai kofta and methi malai matar sabjis were so yum. We also tried aloo dum biryani and veg biryani, both were good and the quantity was humongous. We did order multiple rounds of lime juice as it was very good.Overall ,our experience with this restaurant is top notch and I will recommend this restaurant to everyone. Good service and Nice quality of...
Β Β Β Read moreWe went to this cafe on Thursday. Looking at the ratings, we were sure it would be a good one but this turned out to be pathetic experience.
The place has a peculiar smell(definitely not in good way) and the kids started saying we should look other options. Already being tired of the drive, I was in no mood to look for other option and also the ratings on google was really good.
We ordered a number of stuff. The veg biryani seemed like straight out of fridge and they did not even bother to heat it well. It was heated to get it to room temperature. The paneer pepper fry was not at all fried well and had way too much salt. Even the fresh lime juice tasted stale.
We were not happy with even a single dish of the 6 or 7 we ordered. Thoroughly disappointed with this cafe.
To top it up, my Nephew had a stomach upset the same day evening which got worsened next day.
I do not know if this is the typical food we get here or we just got unlucky on the day of our visit. But I would never recommend this cafe to anyone.

Β Β Β Read moreThis was my initial dining spot upon reaching Hampi, visited in the evening with the expectation of a cafΓ©-like atmosphere for coffee and a cozy place to work. However, it turned out to be more of a restaurant and was quite bustling during my visit.
Summarizing my experience:
π Staff: From the receptionist to the waiter, the staff was friendly, and the service was commendable.
π Tables and Seats: The restaurant provides both regular tables and floor seats, a common feature in Hampi's eateries.
π Drinking Water: Filtered drinking water is available at no additional cost.
π Food: Being a fully vegetarian restaurant, I opted for their Hakka noodles, which turned out to be delicious.
π Ambience: The overall atmosphere is delightful, catering to solo travelers, families, and couples alike. It's a lovely place for everyone.
In essence, it may not have been what I initially expected, but the friendly staff, diverse seating options, filtered water, tasty vegetarian fare, and charming ambience make it a recommended...
