I recently stayed at Taste of Hampi, and it was an experience like no other. Nestled amidst lush banana and sugar cane farms, with a majestic banyan tree that'll transport you straight to the world of Avatar, this place is a tranquil oasis. The moment you step in, you'll feel the chaos of the world melting away, replaced by the soothing sounds of nature.
The homestay is clean, comfortable, and exudes a warm, homely atmosphere. The food is delicious, with a menu that's both satisfying and affordable. From omelets to juices and main courses, everything is freshly prepared and lip-smacking good.
What truly sets Taste of Hampi apart is its seclusion. You'll feel like you're in your own private paradise, far from the maddening crowds. The staff are incredibly kind, generous, and always ready to lend a helping hand.
If you're looking to unwind, explore Hampi's ancient ruins, or simply chill in nature's lap, Taste of Hampi is a must-visit.

Edited- Sir on the points which you mentioned in the reply.
We stayed at Taste of Hampi for almost a week, and it honestly felt more like a home than just a stay. The owner, Venu, was such a huge help — he even let us use their kitchen whenever we needed, which was so thoughtful and rare to find.
His staff — Srikanth and Santhosh — were some of the kindest and most genuine people we’ve come across. And Gopi, the auto driver, was just the coolest — always smiling, chatting with us, playing with the dog, and even grabbing veggies or small things from the market whenever he was heading out. Such warm energy all around.
One of the most unforgettable moments was a little hike near Venu’s private property. We were supposed to go to a nearby waterfall, but it started raining — so we just sat down, watched the sky, soaked in the view, and shared stories. It was one of those moments that made us pause and go, “Is this even real?” I’ve never experienced something like that before on a trip.
The stay was peaceful, full of good vibes, and made even better by the people. I’d love to go back again. Big, big thanks to Venu and the team for making our Hampi trip so...
