It is right opposite to giraffe enclosure. The menu was not so great, just limited items. When we asked for the menu, the person at the counter pointed us to a whiteboard where just 4-5 items were mentioned on it. Taste and quality was not at all good. But it is ok to survive if you don’t have any other choice. It's better to take parcel from home ‘or’ plan for the lunch outside the zoo. Starting from the cash counter to the service staff at the food counter- all were unfriendly and unprofessional in their behaviour and attitude. If you are looking for food near the Bannerghatta National Park better look for other options than at this restaurant. We ordered Meal & Egg rice. The meal was okay, but the egg rice was the worst. Worst lunch experience ever. Itta khao, fir aao. 200 Rs all wasted. Worst management, worst staff behavior. They say you can unlimited food. Unlimited, my foot. They say it's self service. My experience at this restaurant was absolutely terrible. Not only did the food taste disgusting, but the place was also incredibly dirty. It was clear that the staff did not prioritize hygiene, as the tables and floors were covered in grime and the cutlery and plates looked like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone and I will never be returning. Avoid at all costs if you value your health...
