Terrible Experience at Amantrana Hotel, Bidar – Found a Mosquito in My Idli!

I had a shocking and extremely disappointing experience at Amantrana Hotel, Bidar. During what was supposed to be a simple breakfast, I discovered a mosquito inside my idli—yes, INSIDE the food served to me.

When I immediately brought this to the attention of the staff and manager, instead of apologizing or handling the matter responsibly, they started arguing with me. There was zero accountability, no basic hygiene standards, and absolutely no respect for customer feedback or health concerns.

This kind of response is unacceptable—especially from a place that serves food daily to so many unsuspecting customers. I am posting this to warn others and make sure this does not happen again to anyone else.

Amantrana Hotel needs to be held accountable. Hygiene in food is not optional. If you value your health and respect, I highly recommend avoiding this place until they take serious action to improve both their food safety and...

Since we were new in the town, we (me and my colleague) visited this hotel atleast 3 or 4 times a week. Service was somewhat ok, like they usually forget to give u napkin and finger bowl. One day, we made UPI payment which got stuck and showed as Under Processing, we made another payment and the cashier told, "sir, once transfer get successful to us, we will refund the amount". In response to complaint made to UPI and bank, I get to know that money had been successfully credited to beneficiary, but cashier made us to effort like hell to refund the same.after 7 days they refunded the amount and still was in denial mood, but luckily I had the statment of both txn and their UPI txn history had the record of my claim. I had good expectations based on the taste of dal-khichdi I used to savour from here,but it doesn't even stand nearby. The AC hall was stinking as we entered. The taste was below average, the nans were not soft. The french-fries were under cooked not at all crisp. They doesn't have any live music. The service is local. The best thing here as of I have heard from people is that THALI and Breakfast are good. Yet to try them. But overall it disappoints me considering the hype. Not wheelchair accessible ♿.
