I stayed at SRS Jade Empire Hotel for 18 days, and overall, my experience was pleasant. The hotel was clean, the staff were courteous, and the rooms were well-maintained. However, I had a disappointing experience with their laundry service, which I feel compelled to share.

During my stay, I sent some clothes, including two pairs of socks, to the laundry. When I received my clothes back the next day, one sock from each pair was missing. Unfortunately, I had to check out early the following morning, so I informed the front desk about the issue and let it go, assuming it was an honest mistake.

As luck would have it, my flight got canceled that day, and I returned to the hotel, staying for another five days. When I informed the receptionist about the missing socks again, she assured me they would resolve the issue. However, despite repeated follow-ups during those five days, I never got my socks back. Instead, I found staff members passing responsibility from one person to another.

Additionally, the laundry pricing lacked consistency. For example, I was charged ₹65 for a shirt on one day, ₹70 for the same shirt the next day, and ₹60 the day after. This inconsistency added to my frustration, as I believe there should be fixed rates for such services.

By the end of my stay, I felt more like a beggar asking for my socks than a guest at a reputed hotel. The indifference shown by the staff to such a small yet important issue left a bad impression.

I hope the hotel management takes this feedback seriously and improves their laundry services and staff...

It's very poor teast only they add soya sauce and testing powder and some integrates that's it there is no spices of chicken, we got only 2-3 very small size of chicken and about paneer butter masala is very low test and quantity was very low there is no taste of the chicken curry and also paneer butter masala it's the waste of money spending in about the taste is very very bad don't please order restaurant it will be very best full of your money and also it will very bad experience to have in Bangalore such as Empire hotel please don't go through its menu its regarding to the reviews it's the own experience, I experience I can't even split it out please don't try this in hotel please see this hotel about the safety purpose of the health care issue also and then using only about the so soya sauce and also salt that's it rest of it's very nothing else integrates was not used for anything else their user onion green leaves for the sum integrates except that we couldn't find anything about them with or non veg only figure it out some pieces of very very small pieces it's a waste of money is don't write on this hotel will have to block this have a right away thank you so much please if possible please refund my money with his friend since chicken curry 150 rupees and paneer Butter masala was 110 rupees it's very wasteful for us we can get it some outside food even the footpath food is better...
