Read moreDangerous Negligence at Nandhana Palace, Unacceptable Behavior!
I visited Nandhana Palace today around 4 PM with my family – my husband and my mother-in-law – to have a peaceful meal during Shravan masam.
We ordered vegetarian food for me and my mother-in-law, and a non-veg thali for my husband. Among the veg items, we clearly ordered mushroom ghee roast. But what did they serve us instead? PRAWN GHEE ROAST!
I am allergic to shellfish and the moment I realized what I had eaten, I panicked terribly. This was not just a mistake – this was pure negligence, and it could have endangered my health.
And on top of that, this happened during a sacred month where we abstain from non-vegetarian food completely. It’s absolutely disrespectful, both to our beliefs and to basic human responsibility.
What’s worse? The manager casually offered us lime soda and a dessert as if that somehow makes up for the shock, stress, and potential medical emergency they caused. Is my health and my faith worth a free dessert now?
Nandhana Palace, this is unacceptable. You need to:
Train your staff properly so they don’t mess up dietary orders, especially when allergens are involved.
Treat allergic reactions seriously – this is not a joke or something a lime soda can fix.
Show some basic respect to your vegetarian customers and...
Read moreI had been to this restaurant twice. Looks grand in Bommasandra, also I would say the only Restaurant looking type in that area while others are like Fast food. Firstly the car parking, it has good frontage space, but unfortunately they don't own the entire building. So the customers of the Clothing store in ground floor also take up some car parking space. So finding a space for your car in front of Service road that too if you don't miss the left in Kithiganahalli junction. Well all the best. I'm not sure about Vallet. Located in 1st FLOOR, the ambience looks good in traditional colors with inviting people. In my first visit I had Nellore style mutton biryani, which was ok. But the biryani seems old and they had just added the rice and some old cooked mutton and slightly heated it and served. The reason I say it's old mutton coz it's mutton isnt fresh. You will know when u eat mutton biryan there. In second visit, I tried Natti style mutton biryani and the same result. Same old mutton and the biryani was hardly hot when served. I would not say it's better to eat in that smelly shankar & mohabbat Desi as I tried. I went and asked for mutton biryani from their menu and both said it's not available. So all...
