Worst Rooms to stay, Amount was taken in advance and Rooms were not worthy for the amount I paid. Just for the name sake AC is Fixed and charges are double but Rooms are very dirty and walls are not painted, Ceiling was leaking with water after few hours only. We were not aware of the condition of those rooms because we checked in at night and had no time to explore other Hotels. We have many other options near by which later we got to know. However, even after complaining they didn't bother to check. Dont pay the full amount in advance even if you stay there, first check the Condition of the rooms then pay. They have a seperate place to hang the wet cloth for drying and when someone new visitors like us put clothes there, the clothes get disappeared infact they steal it and tell someone took and went.our newly bought Towels were stolen from there. Beds are not at all comfortable and rooms were full of insects and mosquitos. Very risky to stay there , what if we get dengue or malaria because of mosquito bites. We checked-in at night and accordingly i had clearly informed that second day in evening I would do the check-out which the owner accepted and when we returned from our trip we see that the AC connections were cut and we had struggle for hours without AC though we paid so high amount for AC. We had to stay in a room whose ceiling was leaking and full of spider webs. We were compelled to stay there because we had paid the full amount in advance.

Bed sheet, was not washed or replaced, blankets were stinking, No Charging point. Just a waste of money

Lets describe in four segment... Staff & Service, open areas, Restaurant and Rooms. Staffs were really good, soft spoken & helpful. Score: 5/5

Enough open space with volleyball court, party or bonfire areas. Area bas sound system, DJ lights etc. Score: 5/5

Restaurant's quality is NOT good at all. Its fine, if you wish to have veg/ fish meals. We tried chicken curry and paneer curry. Unfortunately both curry test same. Chicken pieces were test less and another side, paneer slices were seems not fresh. Score: 2/5

Rooms are very basic, some extend cleaned, not satisfactory though. AC room was charged 2000, but no chair/ side table. Only two small bed (4'X6') with extremely soft mattress. Score: 2/5

Place is good for groups for Bachelors. Location is good, only 3 mnts walking from...

Unclean Rooms, Broken Faucets, Unclean Toilets, Broken Doors and add to this, you have limited options at the restaurant to eat.

Better to search for other small shack type restaurants or road side street shacks. They offer good food, which is 10 times better than what you get here. The fish was not cooked well as well as they had served less fish curry.

The only good option that they provide is the open kitchenette for cooking.
