KFC — Restaurant in Karnataka

I regret to say that my experiences at this particular KFC outlet have been consistently disappointing, making it, in my opinion, one of the worst outlets I have ever visited. My interactions with this outlet, including dine-in, takeaways, and online orders, have surpassed 30 occasions, and not once have I had a satisfactory experience.

Service Quality: The service speed is remarkably slow; one could easily watch and discuss an entire episode of a Netflix series before receiving their order. Moreover, any complaints or concerns raised are met with indifference, displaying a complete lack of empathy towards customers.

Food Quality: The food quality is subpar, resembling a street vendor’s imitation of KFC more than the actual brand standard. Issues with inconsistent cooking, ranging from undercooked to overcooked items, are prevalent. The taste and quality are so compromised that comparing it to street food seems like a compliment to the latter.

Online Ordering Experience: Online orders are a gamble with this outlet. Mistakes are a given, be it missing items or receiving items that were not ordered, coupled with the persistent issue of undercooked food. A recent incident left my order incomplete and the food quality extremely poor, prompting me to finally pen down this review. When I raised this issue with Zomato, they informed me that their attempts to contact the restaurant were futile as no one answered the calls, leaving them unable to confirm the complaint or offer a resolution.

For anyone seeking a pleasant KFC experience, I strongly recommend trying other nearby outlets instead...

Visited today and ordered on the app before entering kfc for dine-in so I save on the time. Reached the store and took a table and waited for the server to call my order number. After around 10 minutes I got a whatsapp message from kfc stating that the order took 8 mins, as a make up they will offer me an extra piece of chicken, and to show the message to the store while collecting the order. I showed my message to the server - who said that I need to visit and inform the store after ordering on the app. Only then they will proceed with the order. So the message which was sent to me by kfc about a free chicken piece for their mistake/delay was an insult on the injury. they were grumpy and not willing to accept their mistake. Speaking sense to the store manager Suresh Kumar also made no sense either he too insisted that the customer has to visit and inform the store after placing order on the app. Now if I am travelling and I need to have a quick bite I order from kfc before visiting the store. (I also showed my kfc history to Suresh Kumar) But of no avail. So I have decided to stop checking for nearest kfc and pre-order as their process is not customer centric. No point having the kfc app either. I spoke with the customer care as well - surprisingly Chandan from the customer care also spoke insisting I need to inform the store once I book on the app. At a time when they are losing market share and running offers to bring in customers. Such stupid processes only force the customers away.. I will order from a place more convenient going forward.. for sure I may miss kfc.. but will...

Was travelling on Hosur Road and wanted to grab some food I had to unfortunately visit this outlet . One of the most unhygienic kfc outlets that I have ever seen in the area, absolutely confused and under trained staff . The staff working in the kitchen area handle the food without any gloves or head caps with all the left over mess unattended on the kitchen floor . Ordered 2 chicken zinger burger meals and large popcorn chicken they nearly took 40 mins to handover the food cold to me stating fries are not ready there was a power cut and when i insisted to cancel the order they just kept Saying once the cash is paid they can’t cancel or refund that’s the first time in my lifetime I have heard such an excuse when they are unable to cook on time . Later when i finally got the food and I realised that the food was not fresh and was stale had to throw it into the bins all there reviews are fake don’t order or buy from this shop it’s a substandard franchise shop that has let down kfc standards and I have started to hate...
