Pizza Hut | Bomasandra, Bangalore — Restaurant in Karnataka

I visited the Pizza Hut outlet in Bommasandra today, and honestly, it was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. We spent over ₹2000, but it felt like a complete waste of money.

The pizza had no taste at all — just plain maida with no flavor or freshness. One of my friends even felt sick and vomited after eating it. The service was painfully slow, and the staff seemed completely untrained and disinterested.

To make things worse, the staff didn’t even know about their own offers. When I asked about the unlimited pizza offer, one of them argued with me instead of helping. The manager later clarified there were two offers (₹299 and ₹399), but by then, the experience was already ruined.

The outlet was clearly understaffed, the staff was rude and arrogant, and they didn’t care about customer satisfaction at all. I also had billing issues that were left unresolved because no one could properly explain the charges.

What’s shocking is that the Surya City (Chandapura) Pizza Hut outlet offers great service and food — so I expected the same here. Unfortunately, the Bommasandra outlet was a huge disappointment. Pizza Hut really needs to look into this outlet’s food quality, staff behavior, and service standards. This visit has honestly made me rethink ever visiting Pizza Hut again.

Will not recommend this franchise. I got a medium pizza and a small Margherita. The sales lady was focused on increasing the bill amount. She said if we choose small pizza we get liquid cheese and the taste will be like mayonnaise. If that's the case why do you even sell such pizzas? Secondly, she insisted I get extra cheese for the medium pizza and I got it. But in the bill she had added extra cheese for the Margherita too. Third, not to mention the pizzas were bad. We go to outlets to taste hot cheesy pizzas. But the pizzas were not hot and the cheese had cooled down. It was so dry that we couldn't eat without ketchup. We weren't served ketchup with our pizza and we asked them. They gave two sachet and when asked for more they said they charge extra for ketchup. I have never seen outlets charge extra for ketchup, they usually have ketchup bottles on each table.
