If there was 0 star button that's what I would have given to Zawa Foods. On our last purchased by mistake I ordered some other flavour instead of intended flavour. Though we were good customers to Zawa foods for 4 months they had zero courtesy to exchange them. After several attempts of call I was able to reach them but didn't get a proper answer. When I asked them why can't they take the unopened packet they had no answer. I decided to write a mail to their support email and did it on 27th June they have beautifully responded by not replying till now. Kindly have some basic courtesy guys to respond to the customers...
Read moreit was a great experience, with mr khais, even though he's a bit hotnin the head, he had patiently helped us understand whats required us to start a boba store, he has helped us with better quality product, than the once we had from tea planet, he has also helped with our pricing and got us connected to supplier that help us the quality equipment. But when I asked her I’m coming to pick it, she said ok. Stupid staffs wasting my time and denied to pack n give. They change at the end moment. And office closes at 6.30 but the staff says they can’t pack because all staff left before 5.50 itself. How useless staffs.
