To whom it may concern, I am utterly disgusted by the appalling service and quality standards I experienced during my yesterday’s visit at KFC , located at Forum Nexus centre city mall, Mysore, Karnataka .
It is unacceptable that I had to endure such incompetence and negligence. I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the recent experience I had at your establishment. During my visit on 04-04-24. I encountered several significant issues that need immediate attention.
Firstly, let's talk about the blatant rip-off you call a billing system. The amount displayed on your fancy monitor miraculously inflated when it came time for me to pay. Do you think your customers are fools? This kind of deceitful behaviour is disgraceful and will not be tolerated. The discrepancy in the billing process made to me by the fools who work there is unacceptable . The amount displayed on the monitor did not match the final bill presented to me. I bought the newly launched Mexican zinger pro meal which was displayed for Rs. 318, but the staff billed them separately totally adding upto Rs. 331. It’s not the matter of Rs. 13 here, it’s the inconsistency that is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the integrity of your business. All these discrepancies are before adding the taxes. The amount I mentioned here is before the taxes.
Secondly, I asked for one order of 4 piece Hot and Crispy, I told them I need two drumsticks and two Keel or breast pieces in that order, which I always get in this way in all other KFC stores. But I was rudely told that it’s not possible for them to get me two drumsticks and two breast pieces in my order for my one order of 4 piece hot and crispy. They told me to order separately which costed me extra money for one simple task. Is this one more cheap trick to get extra money from customers?
Also now, don't even get me started on the pathetic excuse for hot and crispy chicken you served me. Not only was the portion size laughably small than what I have come to expect from KFC, but the chicken itself was still pink inside! Are you trying to poison your customers? It's a wonder how you manage to stay in business with such abysmal food safety practices. Furthermore, upon inspection, I discovered that the chicken was undercooked, with parts still pink in zinger burger’s chicken and also in hot and crispy orders aswell. This lack of attention to food safety standards is deeply concerning and poses a serious risk to customer health.
I have all the pictures of my complaints . I have ordered probably a 100 times in all these years all around the world. I recently visited your 30000th location of a new store in Rome, it’s an excellent place for food and customer service . I have even visited your kfc outlets in Canada, Australia, South Africa, USA, South Korea, Singapore , Mexico and Japan whenever I visited these places on work , but never faced such horrible service which I experienced at KFC , Nexus Forum mall, Mysore. If you check out the complaints , reviews in google about this store then you probably know how worst it is functioning.
I demand immediate action to rectify these abhorrent issues. If you can't get your act together, Failure to address these concerns adequately will force me to take this matter to Karnataka food inspection department and to all the social media platforms. I might even send this mail to your rivals like Burger King , Mc Donalds and popeyes to let know them how worst you are functioning . Consider this your final warning. I spent more than 1000 rupees of hard earned money in your pathetic place and had to throw away your undercooked disgusting dish. Don’t give any improper justification to this in your reply. Unfortunately, my experience there was incredibly disappointing, and I felt the need to share it.Firstly, the food was nothing like the KFC I’ve had in other locations. The chicken I ordered (4 pieces) was served cold, which is unacceptable for a fast food chain that prides itself on hot, fresh meals. It didn’t taste anything like the crispy, flavorful KFC I know and love. It was as if it had been sitting out for too long, and the quality was far below what I expected.To make matters worse, I wasn’t even given a paper plate with my food. When I asked for one, I was told there were no plates available. However, when a local customer came in, they were promptly given a plate for their food. This felt incredibly unfair and made the whole experience feel even worse.Overall, this was the worst KFC experience I’ve ever had. It was disappointing, frustrating, and left me with a bad taste (literally and figuratively). I won’t be returning to this location again and would recommend others to be cautious if they plan on visiting. Hopefully, they can improve their service and food quality...

I request every customer to not blindly trust the servers or the one taking down orders. They take advantage. Just today , an hour ago, I became a victim. I ordered twelve piece bucket , 2 dips only. They added choco lava without even informing She didn't even give the receipt to me directly, trusting her ..the bill came as 1289.40 When I came to take the order, the server was about to add the choco lava , and the woman in charge , she signed him as to not put it, that's where I grew suspicious. Usually, if u order online, it doesn't come around this high. Then i investigated and got to know that she did try to fool me , though she was adamant in not accepting. The following is the bill I told them to show me and this is the real proof. The timings and the menu and the total sum.
ITS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I HOPE THIS BRINGS AWARENESS AND ACTIONS ARE TAKEN . NO ONE SHOULD TAKE OUR TRUST TO THEIR ADVANTAGE AND MAKE A FOOL OF US.
