KFC — Restaurant in Karnataka

I placed an order for the KFC Wednesday Special thinking it would be a good deal, but it turned out to be the worst food experience I’ve had from KFC. The chicken pieces were not hot at all when they arrived, they were soggy, and tasted very stale. Instead of being crispy and juicy, the chicken was dry and had no freshness. It clearly felt like old stock was served just because it was a discounted offer. This is unacceptable from a reputed brand like KFC, where customers pay for quality, not just quantity. If KFC is running promotions, the same level of freshness and quality should be maintained. A new outlet in Vijayanagar located in the busy college area where many food outlets are present. To start with, the place are decent parking so that no need to worry about spending quality time here. The food quality is maintained as like other KFC's but the service I found to be a bit sluggish. Been here couple of time and both the times even when the store was not crowded the tables were not cleaned for long time. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. That's what it says in the sign board inside, and that's what KFC rule is, and that's what we expect. We expect hygiene and cleanliness there.
