Fine dining with quality content food and super customer service by the team. you can have dinner in open garden with candle light nd bar facility s also available,Perfect place for dinner with your partner. Lovely place nd amazing place do visit with family..Suitable for all occasion. Indoor, outdoor, candle light dinner, well facilitated lawn, birthday party, anniversary and many more with affordable prices... Firstly the location and the ample parking space available on the road sides, albeit due to less number of building in the vicinity is an advantage for the time being. Inside the Oyster Bay, is to my liking with tiled high roof structures, bottom friendly seating, variety of tables sizes, open standing bar, pub and a separate open air kind of structure akin to afgan tents are the examples. Interiors with low lighting is mesmerizing. I ordered for a Sweet corn chicken soup, meat platter, which the bearer was quick to state that it did not contain any other meats other than chicken but he did not tell me the quantity/portion of the serving which later I found to be a unhelpful gesture from this chap. A few minutes later the platter was served and which was too much for us to eat. Plenty of untouched left over remained. No doggy bag mind you and nonchalantly the bearer took it back to wherever it belonged to.Just a waste of precious food. We just could not eat anything after that and the party ended with our tummy filled to the brim only of chicken. The said platter portion is for at least 4 to 5 people which the inconsiderate bearer failed to inform us. This was a disappointment in this beautiful day. Else the place is too good. Will visit again with...
Read moreMy name is Dr.Anil . I greatly regret to say that I was very much disheartened with this restaurant . I took my family to this restaurant for dinner tonight. A manager here with the RAJ ( pretty much old man ) was so very misbehaved and uncivilised to talk to us . He made most of the families to stand outside the restaurant on the footpath saying in a very rude way that there is no dinner table available for that moment . I am asking, how good is this to make guests stand on the footpath waiting for the table . ???Surprisingly when I entered inside with curiosity to chek ,there were so many tables empty. The manager RAJ seemed like manipulating the things and I found there was totally no control on empleyess from the management side. I found many diplomatic families getting humiliated due to this. Over everything RAJ says he does not mind even we put bad reviews .How areanagnt ?!!! Immdiatly I took initiative to take owners no: and I formed them about all these mismanagement . The owner was so much SORRY for evrything . After all we all go to have nice food and spend some. good time. Better avoid this restaurant and if you too experience the same ,pl do give frank reviews . We finally left the restaurant with a big sadness. Rates here we pay is not less at all. Every dish is very much costlier . But when we get humiliated like this ,why should we go there and pay so much. Are we mad. ??!!!!! Pl do give reviews of you too...
Read moreIf you are reading this, it's an honest review and not intended to spread hate or defame. The only good thing about this restaurant is the ambience. Other than this, I wish I could give zero stars for the following reasons
Table wait time: 15 mins even though there were empty tables.
Food: Veg manchow soup: 3/5. Good taste but not served hot as a soup is expected. Tandoori Chilli chicken: 2/5. Not spicy enough eventhough it mentions. Would have had better elsewhere. Crispy chilly cauliflower:1/5. Not served hot and not crispy. Tasted like normal Gobi Manchurian. Kadai paneer: 3/5. Average. Would have had better elsewhere.
Service: Pathetic. The starters arrived early but main course took half hour for 3 rotis and a kadai paneer. This fine dine restaurant does not have common sense to change the plate for main course after starters. They served the starters but after we complained about the main course, they just kept it and left, and they call themselves fine dine. They took nearly 5 mins to bring the finger bowl.
Value for money: 0/5. Too expensive for the taste and service they provide.
I have seen better restaurants that are not this expensive, provide better food and service than this. Fine dine restaurants like this should learn from these other restaurants. Hope who reads this finds a better place to eat.
PS: I noticed that the restaurant only replies to 5 star reviews only. So you can imagine how much they are open...
